He handles proceedings commenced under the Provincial Offences Act that mainly cover traffic tickets or summonses under the Highway Traffic Act, Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act, Municipal By-Law Offences, and Offences under Fire Protection and Prevention Act.
K.N.S. Legal Services provides its services both on a block fee and per hour basis. Our consultation fee is based on the area of law and the nature of legal matters. However, free half an hour consultation is available for personal injury and provincial offences matters. After the consultation meeting, if the client retains our services then we can treat the consultation fee towards the fee we will charge for the client’s case.
