The company was established in 2017, born out of El-Nuri Nig Ltd (EST 1992). The two companies have been involved in over 1,000 government and private projects and have built a reputation for itself of being one of the Nigeria’s biggest contractors and service provider. As the parent company (El-Nuri Nig Ltd) got matured in the business realm, it needed to re-innovate itself therefore creating an offspring Dhow industry Limited.

Soon after its incorporation, it immediately moved into the Mining Sector, which was previously neglected in Nigeria. Within a span of a year, Dhow Industries Limited owns 4 mining sites producing mainly Copper, Zinc, Barite and Beryllium. Due to our extensive network around the world, we are able to partner with one of the China’s Leading Mining company Zijin Mining Group in terms of Commodity trading.

Dhow Industries is also involved in the manufacturing sector, from producing household products to pioneering innovative tech. We have about 150 staff working for us in various capacities across the country.
